Natural Stone Options

Due to the vagaries of different lighting conditions and camera settings, it is fairly impracticable to try and choose a natural stone finish for your project from a selection of images on a website page. Customers can be confident that Transformed Driveways have a wide range of natural stone to choose from and we have yet to be beaten when challenged with providing a finish that perfectly complimented the relevant property and surrounding landscape.

Accordingly, the best way of deciding on your choice of resin bonded finish is on site where varieties of loose stone can be laid onto the existing substrate, in multiple locations should needs be, and where the customer can ensure that the selected stone is perfect for the overall scheme.

Notwithstanding the above, please see below some brief descriptions of our most popular natural stone finishes.

Cotswold Gravel

Sustainably sourced from Cornish and Irish beaches, the varied yet complimentary colouring of this aggregate makes it a perfect match for properties and landscaping constructed with natural stone.

Golden Quartz

Sourced from beaches and rounded over time by the effects of water, Golden Quartz is a light coloured gravel that is ideal for transforming small or dark areas of hard-standing.

English Heritage

Mined in Derbyshire and specified by ‘English Heritage’, this large multi-coloured stone delivers superb aesthetics and its larger size makes it an ideal choice for disguising surface undulations.

Staffordshire Pink

The pinkish colour of this aggregate can work well with certain brickwork and bespoke landscaping schemes where wet conditions will change the colour of the natural stone from pink to dark red.
